We do take returns within 2 days after you receive the watch. (Item must be in the exact condition as it was sold and every return is hit with a 10% restocking fee)

We don't offer any warranties as some of our watches still have the factory warranty on it and all of our watches are checked to insure its running to mechanical watch standard before shipment.

No polishing doesn't hurt the value of the watch at unless its a super rare vintage piece.
