We guarantee that every watch we sell is 100% authentic and offer a full refund on any watch found to be inauthentic.

Do you take trades?
Yes, we do accept trades as long as we're interested in the product you're offering.
Can I sell you my watch?
Yes, we buy watches as well. Just fill out the form on our page. (Please note that we are not obligated to buy your watch, and prices may vary based on the market.)
What if I don't have a Instagram to follow you?
If you don't have an Instagram, you can still keep up with our inventory and updates by following us on Facebook or simply checking out our website. (Instagram is just the fastest way to see our inventory before it's posted on the website.)
What if the watch I want isn't in your inventory?
If we don’t have the watch you're looking for in our current inventory, no worries! We can source it for you—just fill out the sourcing form.
Where can you ship to?
We can ship anywhere in the US, or internationally. However, if shipping outside the US, the buyer is responsible for customs fees and the shipping label.
What condition are the watches you sell typically in?
We sell our watches as new or pre-owned in excellent to great condition, unless stated otherwise.
If I purchase a pre-owned watch will it need to be serviced?
No, we check every watch on a timegrapher to ensure it's running smoothly before we sell it.
How can I trust your business?
We have hundreds of references and reviews across groups, Google, Instagram, and Facebook
What are your payment options?
We take payment via Wire or Zelle.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer a payment plan, with a timeframe of 1 to 3 months to pay off (depending on the amount), and it includes interest.
Do you take crypto?
Yes we do take crypto as payment but there is a fee
Do you accept credit cards?
As of this time we do not accept credit cards payments.
How much is shipping
We offer free shipping on all of our products unless stated otherwise.
How fast will I get my watch?
You will receive the watch within 1-2 days once you made the payment.
Do you sell both new and pre owned watches?
Yes we sell both new and pre-owned watches
Do you take returns?
We do accept returns within 3 days of receiving the watch. The item must be in the same condition as it was when sold, and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Do you offer any warranties?
We don't offer warranties, as some of our watches may still have the factory warranty. However, all of our watches are thoroughly checked to ensure they are running to mechanical watch standards before shipment.
Does polishing hurt the watches value?
No, polishing does not hurt the value of the watch.
Does all your watches come with box and papers?
Yes unless stated otherwise.
Do you take cash?
Yes we do take cash.
Can you do in person meetups?
Yes, we do offer in-person meetups, but you will need to travel to us.
Do you have a office/store?
Currently our office is getting built.
How does sourcing work?
Sourcing works by you telling us which watch you're looking for. We will actively help you search for it, and once we find it, we'll provide a price. If you agree, a small deposit is required to secure the deal. After we receive and inspect the watch, the remaining balance will be due before shipping. (The deposit is non-refundable.)

What if I don't like the offer you give me how can I can get more for my watch?
If we can't reach an agreement on the price for a watch you want to sell or trade, we offer consignment services where we can help you get the most value for your watch.
What is consignment?
Consignment is when you send your watch to us, and we will work to help you sell it for the highest value possible. (There is a small fee for consignment.)
What are the fees on consignment
We will take a small fee of 4-6% of the price the watch sold for.
